Apparemment c'est un projet orphelin:
"Unmaintained!

The development of Jitsi for Android has been stopped in early 2015. Issues and Pull
Requests will not be addressed."

et néanmoins libre:
https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-android/blob/master/LICENSE

une ou des personnes voulant le reprendre et sachant coder pourraient le forker et
repartir de là.
