bon, alors je me lance.

j'achète un appartement. J'ai un compte bancaire dédié à la gestion(locative, entre autre) de cet appartement.


j'essaie pour l'instant de comptabiliser l'achat de l'appartement.

Au tout début, donc avant la création du compte bancaire précité, j'aidu verser au notaire un acompte, donc venu de mon compte bancaire personnel

* je crée mon compte jdd comme compte ou comme tiers? (account ou Payeepour la version 2 que je n'ai trouvé qu'en anglais)
